If a Kiosk screen is blank or doesn't launch:

  • Confirm the device has power and network connectivity.
  • Reload or restart the Kiosk app/browser.
  • Check the assigned experience is published and the Kiosk URL is correct.
  • Verify the device meets browser and WebGL requirements — see Supported browsers and devices.
