If a 3D or CAD upload fails or stays stuck processing:

  • Check the file is a supported format and within the size limit (see the docs).
  • Keep a stable connection — large files can time out on flaky networks.
  • Re-export the model and retry; corrupt meshes can stall processing.
  • Reduce texture size or polygon count if processing is slow.
