Supported browsers and devices

Vuframe® runs in modern browsers on desktop, tablet and phone. Use the latest Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Older or in-app browsers may be unreliable. Augmented Reality Mobile AR uses the device's built-in viewer — AR Quick Look (iOS/Safari) or Scene Viewer (Android/Chrome) — and needs

How to enable JavaScript

Vuframe® requires JavaScript. Blank pages or a viewer that won't load often mean it's disabled. * Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → JavaScript → Allowed. * Safari: Settings → Advanced → enable JavaScript. * Firefox: check that no extension is blocking scripts. Allow cookies (including third-party)

Cookies keep you signed in and let embedded viewers load. Blocking them — especially third-party cookies — breaks login and embeds. Allow cookies for vuframe.com and its subdomains. Signing in with a one-time code (OTP)

Clear your cache and hard-reload

Network and firewall requirements

On a corporate network a firewall or proxy may block Vuframe®. Ask IT to allow: * *.vuframe.com * embed.vuframe.com * view.vuframe.com HTTPS (443) and WebGL must be permitted. 3D content isn't rendering

A blank area, endless spinner or error usually means WebGL is unavailable. * Update your browser and graphics drivers. * Enable hardware acceleration in browser settings. * Disable extensions that block scripts or canvas. * Try another browser or device to isolate the issue.
